Call for Proposals

Background: The Executive Committee in its 3^rd Meeting vide Agenda Item 5, decided to invite the Project Proposal on “ Interaction and Awareness Program through Eminent Talks-in-Series by the Distinguished Speakers”. Title: Interaction and Awareness Program through Eminent Talks-in-Series by the Distinguished Speakers. Scope: This series is starting under new initiative program and will be different in the reach and diversified on education, innovation, R&D in any area. Some sort of honorarium may be given to the eminent speakers. Invitees may be excellent leaders of their area like Directors/ Educationists/ Scientists/ Administrators/ Activists/ Thinkers/ and Others from IITs/NITs/IIITs/DRDO/ISRO or any national or international centre of excellence.  It should not be limited even to technical domains but the scope of this project may include experts from any relevant areas including non-technical. Funding: The financial allocation for the said project is of Rs 1,00,000/- in Phase-I. Deliverables: At the end of the project, following deliverables are expected, (a) all the events/activities proposed must be reported to the VTool, (b) a detailed report along with a white paper must be submitted to the section for Publication at the section’s website and annual report, (c) The PI should also upload the videos to YouTube and provide the link to the section with proper copyright transfer, (d) Project Impact analysis report containing the feedback from the participants shall be submitted. Eligibility and Cut-off Date: The proposal may be submitted by Suitably qualified ExeCom member to Chair latest by 17^th July 2021 for further processing.
